Cancellation Policy

Hive + Honey at Tu Tu’ Tun Lodge – Spa Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule a spa appointment, please contact Hive + Honey directly at 458-246-7514. If canceling by email, please note that we consider the date your message is received—not when it is sent—as the official cancellation date. We kindly require 14 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Appointments canceled within 14 days of the scheduled time will be charged in full, including the 25% gratuity added at checkout—unless the appointment time is rebooked. No-shows and early departures will be charged in full for the reserved service. We deeply appreciate your understanding as our practitioners travel in and reserve time exclusively for you.
